Are we losing Zachary Quinto, or Adrian Pasdar? Sylar told Danko he'd absorbed all of Nathan's memories in order to replace Senator Petrelli and gain access to the president. Angela told Matt that if there were any holes in his memory, Sylar would be touching Nathan's things and gaining memories that way. It sounds unlikely that Sylar would fail to keep his new identity. BUT, the preview for "Redemption" showed us that Sylar's ability is still there. We're SUPPOSED to wonder how much of him is intact under the memory of Nathan. And we know the shape-shifting can occur without intent. So, is Zachary staying on as Sylar, or is he leaving to work on his new production company and Star Trek? Or is it Adrian who's moving on? Or are we looking a the world's first time-share character on TV?
