Finn and santana DID sleep together, they talk about it afterwards and Finn says he felt nothing as it meant nothing BUT Jesse/Rachael and Will/Emma DID NOT sleep together, as they girls coouldnt go through with it.Rachael felt it would be like "sleeping with the enemy" and Emma couldnt due to her OCD. She wanted to, to prove to Will she had control of her "problems" but Will tells her later on that she doesnt need to sleep with him to prove a point. :0)

i think all the things that happened were alright with me. At least Finn didn't feel anything when he slept with Santana.

Only Finn and santana slept together however Rachel leads Finn to believe she slep with jesse and Finn tells Rachel he couldn't go through with it. However it was the opposite.
