Firstly i think that izzie will live and george will die. However i think when izzie comes back to life she has no memory, but i then think derek will find a way to fix her short term memory loss.

I think mark and lexie will break up and mark will go back to his whorish ways (yipppeee) but i think they will get back together in the season finale of season 6.

Derek and meredith will actually get married move into their big new house which derek planned. I think merediths dad will get liver cancer or some sort of life threating illness which will leave meredith having to forgive her father.

Christina and Owen words cant express how much i love these two together. However, i get the feeling that if george dies hunt will start having nightmares again and may return to the army leaving christina.

Im really not liking callie and that other woman, i dont like her one bit i dont know why im just not a fan.

Ballie will continue her general surgery fellowship her and tucker will get divorced and hopefully in season 6 we will see bailey playing the field so to speak. I think it would be funny.

I also think in season 6 the residents will big there specialties- grey-neuro
karev- i have a feeling he might be a cancer specialist
christina- i dont think it will be cardio
