who will be the seterusnya ruler of the Underworld after mandy is gone

yea junior mostly powerless in GTAB. Grim tales reapers depend on the scythe for power. with out the scythe they a very limited and can only do a few things like pull souls out sejak hand. but if grim passes down the scythe to junior he can have powers again ^^
