Well, maybe Gaga is excentric to some extent, but that doesn't automatically make her a good Harley Quinn. Harley has got a certain spirit about her, she behaves innocently and nasty in both ways. She is refreshing.
I can't imagine Lady Gaga acting well enough to capture that. To me, she just seems to be like a person that isn't able to act in another way than hers.

She doesn't even have the face for her. I don't know if anyone knows about Patient J, but his Harley is the greatest. Look him up on youtube, she should be on a few vids. That would be the perfect girl to play her, she's just magnificent and captures Harley's (like what HMG said) innocent and nasty demeanor equally well.
