Harry Potter vs. Twilight Article: Pattinson and Steward's Berlakon (IMO)

I have just watched Remember Me staring Robert Pattinson and I was blown away! Seeing him only in Twilight and Harry Potter which was only for a few moments at a time, i was not expecting much from him. I was pretty much expecting the same boring, lifelessness he gives as Edward. Was i WRONG.

He is a decent actor, I think he could go far with his actin carer. I'm not going to give anything away but in this movie Pattinson showed me that anda should not base an actors Berlakon on just one film.

I am not one for Cinta stories, but I was bored and one of my friend recommended it.It was an interesting chick-flick, if anda are into Cinta stories anda should watch this movie. I would give Patteinson a 8/10 in this movie, which is good.

Saying that, I also have seen may Filem Kristin Steward has been in and find her a weak actress, she in not the worst actress I have ever seen but she is not deserving of a "good Actress" tajuk in my book. I find that she does not bring enough life the characters she plays, they don't stick out. It seems that she always has the same tone of voice and facial expression.

I'm sure both will go far in there carers, but I hope to see Pattinson break away from Twilight and gets into lebih fitting roles for him, its strange saying this but i can see him become on of my many kegemaran actors!

lakota_spirit I agree he's not that bad and i agree with your opinion on Kristen, she is bad.

AllyAM I actually really loved KStew in Speak. I didn't like her in Zathura, but it doesn't help that I didn't like that movie anyway. I felt she was a weak actress in Catch That Kid, but she was alright in Panic Room.

youknowit101 You'd have to watch more movies STARING Kristen. Supporting actors don't usually stand out intentionally.

jodarchy actually i didnt like remember me lol, i thought his performance was awful, he got outshined by a little girl lol i dont agree about kristen, i think she needs a strong director in order to shine, she hasnt gotten that recently, but in the cake eaters and panic room, into the wild, cold creak manor and undertow i liked her

youknowit101 I read your comment, but I wasn't going to assume that the movies you didn't list are the movies she stared in. I can only base my assessment on what you actually said

Harrypotter148 If she stared in it that does not make a difference on her acting. Just because they do not have a huge part does not mean they can slack on there acting.

youknowit101 It can mean that they're told not to stand out and outshine the star. You said you don't like Kristen's acting because she doesn't stand out. She's not supposed to if she's a supporting actress

Harrypotter148 Well i guess i used the wrong word, i meant that she really did not bring anything to the character, she did not stand out as the main character in the movie. I don't believe she gives the role her full effort. But i must admit her best movie was Speak when she was like 14 or whatever. I think she could become a better actress if she tried harder, because i don't feel like she gives it her best.
