Alan Rickman, without a doubt. They couldn't have picked a better Snape.

I think Alan Rickman nailed Snape perfectly! Haha, he is a brilliant actor! There are a lot of really good performances, though :)

Of the kids. I'd have to say Rupert Grint, Evanna Lynch, and Tom Felton really steal the show.
