Please help, It's about that Halloween Party America had.

This part is indeed a real Manga strip made sejak Himapapa himself. If I remember correctly, In this strip America slipped a piece of paper in England's pocket and then met up with him later, in order to convince him to dress up with America as Batman and Robin, saying that he choose him because England was the first person to follow him on twitter. The part where England is angry and shouting is when they make their 'grand' entrance after they changed. He wasn't happy about the leg-revealing custome.

In the Halloween event, England is dressed up as Sherlock Holmes. America slipped a piece of paper behind England's ear and Seychelles noticed it. It turns out that written on the piece of paper was a message from America telling England to meet him in the rooftop.
And about England shouting at America because of the paper, the whole meeting was so because America was dressed up as Batman and he wanted England to be Robin. England didn't like the idea because his legs were revealing. and so on......blah..blah.....just read it. It's good. VERY GOOD.
