[House and Cuddy spent the weekend packing up his stuff at his apartment. Wilson even showed up to help. House thought the look on Wilson's face was priceless when he told him that he and Cuddy were shacking up. Rachel was in her pack and play happily playing with a toy. House still felt uneasy being in the apartment after his delusions of Cuddy. It was getting easier since he and Cuddy were actually, dare he say it, a couple. House laughed to himself.]

Wilson: So Cuddy have anda seen a doctor yet?
Cuddy: No, I am going to do that soon though.

[House walks over to Cuddy and places his hands on her tummy. House then motions to Cuddy's breast.]

House: Those fun bags are going to get so big. She won't be able to hide it for long.

[Wilson whose face turns a little red looks at House with an annoyed expression on his face.]

Wilson: House, anda never change. Maybe the woman who is having your child would like to anda not to refer to her breast as "fun bags".

[House rolls his eyes and Cuddy smiles. House thinks that he will never get tired of that beautiful Cuddy smile. House has seen that same smile somehow creep across Rachel's little face. Rachel isn't biologically Cuddy's but she certainly has some of Cuddy's mannerisms.]

House: She likes it when I call them that, see she's smiling.

[Wilson walks over to the Piano in House's living room.]

Wilson: Are anda sure this is going to fit in your living room Cuddy?
Cuddy: Ya, I will have to alih some furniture around but it should fit. I can always get rid of something. The Piano is a must.

[House walks over to the Piano and sits at the bench. He begins to play a polka kind of song. House is smiling as he plays. Cuddy begins to smile when she recognizes the song. Wilson looks at both of them with a confused look on his face.]

Wilson: House, what song is that? It's beautiful.
House: I wrote it for Cuddy. It's called Cuddy's Serenade. I wrote it for Rachel's Sim bat.
Cuddy: Isn't it beautiful?
Wilson: Yes.House. You. WOW.

[House laughed to himself as looked up to see his friend standing in his living room somewhat speechless.]

House: Yes. Wilson I am that good.

[Rachel pulls herself up on the side of the pack and play and begins to bob up and down. She opens her mouth and starts to form a word.]

Rachel: da da mum mum da da

[House,Cuddy, and Wilson all stop what they are doing and turn to look at the child. Wilson starts smiling. Cuddy starts smiling with tears in her eyes. House gets this smirk on his face while he keeps playing.]

Cuddy: She talked House. She talked.
House: Yes she did.

[Cuddy goes over to the playpen. Rachel immediately holds her arms up. Cuddy picks her up and walks over and sits down beside House on the Piano bench. Wilson is just standing in front of the Piano with his jaw agape.]

House: Kid,I will having anda play Mozart before anda get to kindergarden.
Rachel: da da mum mum mum da da
Cuddy: I don't doubt that House. I don't doubt that at all.
Wilson: Now this is a Kodak moment. Never in a million years would anyone believe the sight I see before me. I have to get going. I'll see anda guys seterusnya week.

[Wilson walks over and kisses Rachel on the bahagian, atas of her head. Wilson leaves House's apartment with a huge smile on his face. Cuddy turns her head and kisses House on the cheek. House turns his head and kisses Cuddy squarely on the lips. Rachel begins to bang the Piano keys with her little hands.]

House: See she is eager to learn already.
Cuddy: House we are going to have to call your mother and my parents. Your mother will be thrilled to have another grandchild. She was such a help to me when anda were in Mayfield. She watched Rachel on several occasions.
House: My mom will be thrilled, but I'm not sure about your parents. I'm not so sure they like me.
Cuddy: It doesn’t matter what they think. I Cinta you.
House: I Cinta anda to Cuddy.

[House begins playing Cuddy's serenade again. Cuddy puts Rachel up on her right shoulder and Rachel reaches her little hand out and pats House's left shoulder. The camera pans out.]
