I also have panic attacks. Muzik helps me calm my hati, tengah-tengah rate down and relax. My mom and dad adopted two boys from Alaska. One of the boys caused a lot of fear and pain in the utama and I started having them shortly after. God has helped me through my fear. I'm only ten but that doesn't mean that I'm not strong. My dad deployed in March and he wasn't coming utama for a year. But, one of the adopted boys had to go to a mental heath facility in Missouri . I Cinta Singing and performing in front of my family. I have a microphone, Piano , and gitar in my room. I hope that someday I will be able to sing in front of my church. I go to a non-denominational church in Colorado Springs
