Does Katy Perry dye her hair atau are they just wigs????

I'm pretty sure she dyes her hair most of the time.
But I think sometimes she wears wigs. Like in the California Gurls Muzik video, she was wearing blue and purple wigs.

sometimes it is dye and sometimes it is a wig
