Last week, Katy Perry lit up the red carpet at the MET Gala thanks to a specially designed gaun made of LED lights.
The pop bintang went to the event with the designer of the CuteCircuit dress. The designer made the dress glow sejak using concealed tiny fairy lights beneath an off-the-shoulder white gown.
