Ugh. She was so mean; I don't admire her in the least. I like smart, strong, brave, and most importantly, kind rulers.

I agree with kateliness, she was horrible! She might have been ambitious and intelligent, but she was also selfish and cruel. Katherine of Aragon had more intelligence, dignity, kindness and class than her, but Anne gets more admiration simply because she was the mother of Elizabeth I. Not fair, IMO.

Even thou she apologized to Princess Mary before she died, she was cruel. It took death to make her realize she was wrong. True, Queen Mary was worse, but she was fairly kind as a young princess. Not so much as an old princess (soon to b queen), but that was after Anne's death.

I think that Anne Boleyn was a very beautiful and passioning queen. She managed that Henry desires her for more than 14 years. And she gave him Elizabeth, the best "son" Henry could ever have.
