Well... Not really. There is no official album called Disco Heaven, though anda can find downloads for it if anda cari on Google. It's a collection (probably fanmade) of unreleased songs and bonus tracks from The Fame, that were only released in some countries. So in short... no, Disco Heaven is not a real album. :)
