The long-running NBC tunjuk "Law & Order" may soon have a counterpart across the Atlantic.
Series creator Dick serigala, wolf and NBC Universal, which produces the series, are in discussions with a British company to produce a U.K. version of the show. Adaptations of "L&O" spinoffs already air overseas, but a deal for an international version of the mothership would be a first.
Kudos Films, the production company behind "Life on Mars" and "Hustle," would produce the British show, tentatively titled "Law & Order: London," the showbiz trade papers report. Broadcaster ITV is in line to air the series,...
