The U.K.’s Telegraph named Madonna the greatest female pop artist of all time.
The Telegraph cited the Queen of Pop’s ability to constantly reinvent herself and produce cutting-edge dance Muzik as reason to crown her with this honorific title.
Madonna’s career has spanned 30 years, starting with the release of her single Everybody in 1982. Since then, she has taken on many roles, including virgin, temptress, earth goddess, witch, cowgirl, disco queen, and cheerleader. Her 2012 MDNA Tour was the highest grossing tour in the U.S, accompanied sejak a number one album with the same name.
Madonna made a musical “comeback” in February of last tahun when she performed at the Super Bowl Halftime show.
