Has anyone else noticed this?

Well I was talking to my dad one hari about selebriti and he told me that he's noticed that Miley's speaking voice has changed.
At first I didn't noticed but then he told me to compare her voice talking on Hannah Montana and The trailer for the last song. Then I did. So has anyone else noticed this atau am I just crazy? :p
