Smiler of the month~ August!!

This is simple...u just have to post the name of the user anda think is the biggest smiler, the user getting maximum undian till the end of this week will be awarded as The Smiler Of The Week. Then I'll do it till 23rd of August, and the 4 smilers of the weeks will go into the seterusnya round, ie, smiler of the month, and the user getting maximum undian from the people, will be awarded as the [/b]Smiler Of The Month. [/b]

Rules/-
1- u can't vote for yourself.
2- u can't ask people to vote for u.
3- if a person is made the Smiler of the Week before, anda can't vote for them in the seterusnya round.
4- anda can post only 1 user's name.

In my thinking, the greatest swiftie is piyal
