How can Titanic be beating movies like Schindler's List and Gone with the Wind? *sighs*

Oldmovie, people on fanpop really really really love Titanic. And The Notebook. It will probably always win.

The Battle at Ohmaha scene is a scene everyone should watch at least once in there life. It has been said that that is the most realistic war scenes in cinimatic history.

By far the greatest movie I've ever seen. Every time I watch it, I cry at the end. It should have won Best Picture. Seriously, amazing film!

I'm so sick of Titanic, they didn't capture the history of the ship, instead, they captured the history of two damn ppl who didn't even exist and it pist me off. I like Shindler's List, atleast that was done right.

Complete three-way tie with Gone with the Wind, Schindler's List, and Lawrence of Arabia. Although I will say that when I saw the descriptor of 'epic', the first movie I thought of was Lawrence.

Its a tie for me between Titanic and Gone With the Wind. Had to go Titanic. Damn you Dion!

Schindler's List ? ...... I know the Jews where the main targets of the Nazi's , but where's the movie based on the other victims ? I know this sounds bad , but I'm tired of only hearing about the Jews being singled out ! What about everyone else who where declared "undesirable" by the Nazi bastards ?

Schindler's List, however, was amazingly brilliant in every way. Now that's a REAL movie!

Then Titantic, then Saving Private Ryan.
Schindler's List was so well acted and portrayed, it truly was an epic.
And Puff_Puff, the other minority groups like homosexuals and blacks were in such minority in the other countries they would've either been in seperate parts or in the groups but unnoticed.
