I need help please? :-)

So, i remember this Muzik video from when i was younger and i loved the song. Unfortuantely , I don't know the name of the song atau the singer. But i kinda remember the video. I think it was this blonde girl trying to get her drivers license but was really bad, and she had blonde hair. The car was red and had no roof. It was released between 2000 and 2008. I'm afraid thats all the info. I can give. Thanks :-)
