There are 11 picks on here that I can't do :S It sends my to the Naley utama page for some reason. And its not my computer cause I've tried on another computer and it does the same thing. Any ideas as to why that is?

That's very normal!

option 1) When anda make a pick, anda can set an tamat tempoh date, when anda want it to end. Cause for some picks like: "What do anda think will happen seterusnya episode?" , it's not interesting to vote months after the pick was posted.
So the picks anda clicked on, were probably already closed.

option 2) The pick can be reported sejak other people, so that Fanpop deleted it, atau the maker of the pick deleted it himself.
