I want the five nations to live peacefully after the war, but I don't know if they'll be able to maintain peace. Maybe if the five nations come together to form one big nation they can all live without fighting.

There's no such thing as true peace(well unless Naruto's magic works and he gets rid of all the hatred in everyone's hearts... lol jk), though I do think there won't be a war/major battle for a while because people now have such strong ties and won't want to murder each other... Or they get paid for it and the cycle of death begins again.

I think they'll all remain united, but perhaps other problems will arise. It would be kinda boring if they didn't... like Orochimaru said towards the beginning of the Naruto series, it'd be like a windmill that doesn't turn.
