I think both are SUPER plain but Regina is more of a beauty, even though she's not beautiful at all. She's weird looking but she's pretty, plainly pretty. She does have some moments when she's beautiful but also moments when she's ugly, especially when she looks like this link).png

I hate Milah, and even so I don't think she's that pretty. ^I agree that she's super plain. Regina, however, is beautiful in my opinion, but I can see why you'd think she's plain her beauty is subtle.

Lana is gorgeous on the outside but what makes her beauty that much greater is her personality and heart.

To call someone ugly kinda gives the impression to me that you have a bit of ugliness on the inside. Everyone is beautiful and it's hurtful to call someone a name like that even if it is "your" opinion.

I didn't say she was ugly, I said there are times when she looks ugly.

Uh... I don't think Regina is the most beautiful female in the movie, I would have choose Milah if she DIDN'T do that to Rumpel and Bae(but yeah, you can't stop True Love), so I'd rather Regina, she's way better Milah with the inside and outside.
