I disagree I think rumple is the most powerful magic user doesn't he have the gift of foresight? he sees what happens before anyone else? he knew about emma amongst lots of other things and when he gave regina that curse he knew exactly what he was doing and he remembered everything unlike all the other fairytale characters... and plus I agree with RoxySnape he taught Regina, Cora and the WW he is so the king of magic! <3 loves him

She possesses the strongest magic even though she still can't fully control it yet. My 2nd choice would be Rumpel followed by Regina. Don't care if the show is saying that Zelena is stronger than her. Just stahp, Regina is more powerful in my eyes. :))

I don't get how people think Regina is more powerful than Cora?! Have people forgotten who Cora was? She is faaaaar more powerful, clearly. I love Regina more but Cora is clearly more powerful than her.
