It was like a horror movie, loved it. Ursula's was okay.

Cruella's was great, because you're expecting her to get a sympathetic or at least semi-sympathetic backstory like everyone else, and then nope. She's just a sociopath.

Ursula's was fine, but it seemed like they basically just took Ariel's story and gave it to Ursula, for the most part.

That's how I felt. Although I had sympathy for the fact that she was clearly mentally ill and not getting help.

Ursulla's backstory was ok but boring and so was the character IMO, I excpected a big, evil, bad ass character and then baaaaam she just wanted her voice and then she left like wtf ?! :p

Cruella had by far the most interesting and different backstory, I loved it !

Definitely. As anaswill said Ursula's backstory was basically Ariel's story. I thought Ursula in OUAT was boring. We never got to see her interact with Ariel which was disappointing. I agree with marakil that Ursula left the show too soon. She was such a waist of a character if you ask me although TBH I thought Cruella was pointless too. If 4B just focused on Maleficent, it would have been so much but Maleficent was disappointing too. The whole queens of darkness arc was disappointing. Honestly I think I'm giving up on this show.

Both were cool.

Ursula's was more sympathetic but Cruella's was more interesting. I like how they played with our expectations of another sympathetic victim-to-villain backstory but then just twisted it all.
