An amazing and complex villain that turns into a tragic hero in the end. Will Scarlet is just an asshole that thinks that just because Robin and his men didn't die (even though he didn't help them AT ALL) that Robin should forgive him for almost getting them killed for his own selfish reasons. And this was before he lost his heart. If Anastasia isn't going to be in the show, GET HIM THE HELL OUT OF STORYBROOKE!
