I never realized the impact of q's character till this episode .. yes i liked him,especialy toward the endwhen he was really shaping up to be a great person/character, but he never measured up to be anything but a secondary character to me , however this episode showed how his character was tied to and played a part in each of the main characters storylines.
Q's character had great meaning it gave nathan someone to push him to be a better person almost the way haley push him when they first met. Q gave haley meaning to being a teacher, i can tell that haley became a teacher so that she could make a differenc in kids lives and she was able to do that with Q...he gave her reassurance that she had purpose. And to jamie Q was a great idol and every little boy needs that.
The way the writters of this tunjuk played Q's death into other characters such as brooke was great as well. Brooke is going through so much as it is and it is just heartbreaking that no one is really pushing her to open up and pushing to be ther for her, yet the scene at the end where she finnaly lets out all the pain and crys with jamie over Q's grave says it all. i mean leave it to the death of someone she didnt really know all that well to push her to let it all out! and thats just it .. it wasnt just the fact that he died but the meaning behind it ... that life is sucky sometimes but people , even people as young as jamie, pull through and are strong... it sends a message to us the viewers as well as i think it is what gave brooke the support she needs.
Another thing about brooke's storyline.... how great was her and nathan's scene together ... it reminded me how much i like them together ...not so much romantically but as Friends they are great! like nathan berkata he and her are very similar .. and i was so happy that finally someone was menunjukkan that they cared for her!!( I mean how odvious is it that she didnt just fall down the stairs... i mean come on people!)
Other parts about this episode that moved me were the fact that skills and deb came out of the closet and showed they were together.. i know alot of anda think there relation ship is creepy but i think its kinda great, i mean deb has never had anyone who really cared about her and i think its about time she does ... and who better than skills cause he is such a soft sweetheart under all that comedy and toughness of his exterier.
As for someone else who is hiding under a tough extierer, what about crazy nanny carrie and the twist about her once loosing a child! i think it shows a soft side and a glimse of why she is the way she is! Dont get me wrong she still is a crazy stalker b*tch... but at least now there is a reason... and i havent been to fond of the story line of her and dan but tonight when dan started to get to her ... it was great because it showed a similarity between them two... i mean yes they both are crazy mean people we Cinta to hate... but they both also have reasons for their madness..ya know!
Also the fact that the girl from the store ended up playing a major part in the episode it was her essay that narrated the whole episode. Her words were inspiring and great and it was a total twist that they came from her , the mean and bitchy girl from the store that mencuri from and pushed brooke. I think there is lebih to her character as well i think something must be making her the way she is she has great potential as shown sejak her essay, and i cant wait to see what else is to come of her character!
Speaking of whats to come i cant wait till seterusnya episode! In the pratonton for seterusnya week it showed brooke coming face to face with victoria and i hope she lays the perahu nelayan kecil, pukulan down on her b/c boy does she need it! i think it will be good for brooke to get all that crap of her chest and out of her system and what better way to do that then go off on victoria the main cause of it all! Also the glimpse of what is to come now that nathan knows about skills and deb!... there is bound to be some fireworks there...! like i berkata i cant wait , if seterusnya weeks episode is half as good as this one were in for a real treat huh...
