WE Cinta TV: Robert Buckley talks “One pokok Hill” and life in Wilmington

He was the eye-candy boy toy of a Manhattan publishing superwoman on “Lipstick Jungle.” He was the eye-candy magazine editor to a wannabe writer on “Privileged.” Now, Robert Buckley joins the cast of “One pokok Hill” as the eye-candy friend and agent of James Lafferty’s Nathan Scott.

I caught up with Buckley at the TV Critics Association summer press tour with tunjuk creator Mark Schwahn, new cast member Shantel VanSanten, and actors Austin Nichols and Sophia Bush.

A New Face Joins One pokok bukit

Although Peyton Sawyer (Hilarie Burton) and Lucas Scott (Chad Michael Murray) no longer call pokok Hill, North Carolina home, Peyton’s fledgling record label will remain open for business when the prime time drama returns to The CW this fall.

Creator Mark Schwahn tells TVGuideMagazine.com that India de Beaufort will sertai the cast as Miranda Stone, "a smart, successful record executive who has been sent to pokok bukit to oversee the hari to hari operations of boutique label Red Bedroom Records." Beaufort is the latest in a long line of new actors including Robert Buckley, Shantel VanSanten and Jana Kramer to round out the cast for Season 7.
