After everything that Leyton has been through now (marriage, baby, ect), I think him ending up with Peytons best friend would just be wrong. I don't know where you got the idea that I was saying it would be wrong for BL fans to get what they want. I wasn't referring to the fanbases at all, I was referring to the show in general

Besides, it's not as if couples who are married and have children have never gotten divorced so using those as reasons why it would be wrong... Well it just doesn't hold much weight for me. To phrase it like that, "him ending up with Peytons best friend would just be wrong." Well, once upon a time he was with BROOKE and BL fans could say the same - him ending up with HER best friend is wrong.

I don't understand what you're getting so defensive for lol. What did I even say that was so wrong?? I never said anything about the BL fanbase at all, and I'm still not sure why that was even brought up. I didn't say it was wrong for BL fans to want Lucas to end up with Brooke, or that it was wrong for BL fans to get what they want. I said that I THOUGHT Lucas and Brooke ending up together at this point in the show would be wrong. And as you just said, I have every reason and right to think that. Just like you think it's wrong for LP to end up together

And comparing LPs relationship and situation now, to BLs situation and relationship back in high school... and LPers saying now that Lucas shouldn't be with peytons best friend, as opposed to BLers saying Lucas shouldn't be with Peyton because he dated Brooke in high school is not a fair comparisson at all. To me, the fact that LP have been married, and have a baby DOES set the heaviness and severity of their relationship apart from what BLs was in high school... I think that's just common sense. Young, on/off again High school relationship vs. fully committing yourself to someone for a lifetime, adult marriage and a family. No comparisson. TOTALLY different circumstances, and the "dating the best friend" rule doesn't apply to them in the same manner at all

I think I have every reason to say that Lucas ending up with peytons best friend would be wrong now. And yes, married couples with kids do get divorced, but how often to they end up with their ex's best friend? Not too often. And you can say "even if LP weren't married and didn't have a baby, you as an LPer would still think Lucas ending up with Brooke is wrong" all you want... but what's your point. So what if I think it's wrong? And that statement doesn't really mean much, because they ARE married, and they DO have a baby. So yes... I (reasonably so) think Brucas is wrong at this point. So what??

I'd be okay with it if she and Lucas ended up together but I prefer her with Julian!

All I'm saying is that BL fans can say the same thing - it's wrong that he ended up with Peyton. Like it or not, we DO have a valid reason for saying that. At one point in time, Lucas professed his love to Brooke, claimed that he was the guy for her, even told PEYTON OF ALL PEOPLE that he was so in love with her.

So again, ALL I'M SAYING IS THAT BL FANS CAN SAY THE SAME THING WITH PLENTY OF GOOD REASONING!

That's fine I just didn't understand why you felt the need to even bring that argument up. I don't think what I said was worth making a big deal about. My first comment didn't even argue that point, or anything about BL fans' perspective lol. I said I think it would be wrong... that's all. It would ruin both Brooke´s and Lucas´s character for ever and would be ridiculous at this point. They have gone too far with Leyton for this to ever make sense again.

I have to say that i would never ever ever stop watching one tree hill! - i couldnt :L
But i do think it would be so bad -after getting what we wanted & the Leyton finally being endgame -to come back and him be with brooke would be ughhhh. -It wouldnt even be any sense, since we all know, Lucas knows, Peyton knows, -even Brooke knows that its supposed to be LP -thats how it was meant to be!
As you can tell i am a massive Leyton fan but im also a massive Brulian fan too, so keep it as Leyton + Brulian (and naley of course)

As a LP shipper I would be pissed! I can give lots of reasons why, but the main reason is this! I ship LP, and I would hate to see BL be end game!
