hard question to answer. For nathan and jamie and primarily Lucas I'd have to say he needs to stay in jail. Poor Lucas, when dan gets out of jail, which according to the spoilers he does.

But for me, I think Dan is a great character on the show and I'm sure he's alot more interesting out of jail :)
