Are the lobelia girls lesbians?

I think the ones from the zuka club (Is that it's name?) are lesbian because:

1- Didn't they berkata it in the anime? Somthing about girls relationship???

2- I read somewhere something about the white lily thing, that lily is in Japanese is another word for lesbian...
