Bluepenguin OOH! OOH! That's that dolphin without a tail from the commercials at the movies... um.... whats her face... WINTER! That's it! XD If she did have a tail, I would guess Doris, but I saw that the end was more of a stub than an actual tail... XD

SJF_Penguin2 The dolphin is too happy to be Dr. Blowhole, so perhaps it is Doris. Or a spy, that's always a possibility, one who uses a twisted form of echolocation that doubles as a mind-reading tone. Kowalski's face here reminds me a little of Martin Brody from "Jaws."
