Well, there is a Valntine's book where Phineas takes Isabella ona romantic bot ride. There are Phinbella stickers in the back! :D I WANT IT!

well, unless Isabella tells him its most likely he won't realize it until his teen years, if he realizes it at all. Phineas can be SO oblivious sometimes. I always write it as they're 15 atau 16 when he realizes that Isabella likes him when I write fan-fics.
