That senarai is wrong. It does not represent the Hoenn Pokemon senarai in the National Pokedex list. This senarai is really lebih like a Hoenn Pokedex senarai version of Hoenn Pokemon senarai that excludes Hoenn Pokedex Kanto Pokemon like Pikachu and Hoenn Pokedex Johto Pokemon like Heracross. That senarai is not correct. There is a real Hoenn Pokemon senarai that was programmed but not used at all. I grew up with this senarai because it was shown before the official Hoenn Pokemon senarai was confirmed. The true Hoenn Pokemon senarai should've been used as the official Hoenn Pokemon list.
