well, legally we shouldn't drink till 18 (Romania) but in reality things are quite different. i mean this is not so strict as in other countries so anda can basically drink at any age.

you'd probably think that this is bad but the truth is that young people don't get drunk as often as they do in other countries - maybe this is because they're allowed so there isn't much reason to feel like a "bad-ass-rebel" when drinking and anda can't brag about it cause it's not out of the ordinary. anyway, if anda ask me things are better this way - kids are less tempted and lebih mature and realistic about drinking.
