u should check out some websites and organisations like Beyond blue it deals with depression. Trust me I know what it's like u can chat with me anytime. Talk with someone u trust and u can even talk to your doctor about it.
There is help out there so don't give up!
I suffer from depression also I take antidepressants and have a child pshycologist.
so don't loose hope there is light at the end of the tunnel hope u recover
