Well, its like the same with most other things: there are several types of fans, I'll break it down to three.
1) The mature fans: The ones that respect whatever they're a peminat of and talk about it maturely. Keeps the topic of interest interesting and brings in new views.
2) The casual fans: They don't go too crazy all the time. Though, they don't provide too many new points of papar to keep a conversation unique.
3) The crazy all-out fans: The ones that goes crazy saying "___ is my boy/girlfriend!!!" atau something like that. Drives the other peminat-peminat insane.

To conclude, not ALL Justin Bieber peminat-peminat are crazy. Some might be, but not all of them. anda can say what anda want, but Justin Bieber is just another singer who has a lot of fans.
