mom siad "if anda eat cheese standing up...it gives anda gas" is that true???

i never used to like chesse it smell and it taste gross but mom ses it make anda gasy if anda eat it standing up is that true atau is it just somthing that is meant to make anda have nightmares about chesse cause anda had it in your lunch at school and dosent want to get imbarresed if anda accidently fart during sport...
