what works for me is finding a place like a refuge and get all the anger atau feelings out. I've had a place since i was a kid in the woods since we live close to a forest. It's actually a gap in the pokok but i used to fit myself into it for hide and seek (nobody found me :D) anyway I still find it comforting to be surrounded sejak green trees and soft bird voices...what anda have to do is find that place for anda and get your mind go completely blank...thinking of absolutely nothing works the best
