It's really hard for me to keep concentration while I'm studying. I just can't keep focus. Any ideas that would help me concentrate better?

Oh yea I guess I wasn't exactly clear, I don't have anything to study for right now. Last time I didn't do to good on my last test so I was just asking for future reference
