I feel so angry. Felt this way for about 6 months atau more. I'v tried every thing except punching people. But hei actions speak louder than words so seterusnya time i see someone i hate they're gonna get their keldai kicked. But meanwhile how could i take my anger out?

maybe hit a bantal atau something that reminds u of the people u hate. atau get driven sejak a lorry it always helps, (luky me i always wake up be4 the end) maybe try do do something else like shopping, go out with friends, have fun !!
OK anda may not like this......but when anda feel like that, go out and run, run fast. That adrenaline will purge the anger right out of you. It's been proven sejak some smart people that know what they are talking about.
