Study human anatomy, you'll benefit considerably.
Add texture, shading for depth and details on the clothes.
Add a lebih interesting background, it looks boring and overly simplistic. as if it was drawn sejak a little kid.
Work on the face, that's a bit off as well. The arms are too short, the torso is too long.
I am an artist too and I do not sugarcoat things, that cripples you.
Practice, anda WILL get better.
