*shrugs* I wonder how they find me... I guess they're just trying to be friendly? o.e

I don't know about anyone else but for me
the only Kelab i sertai are Kelab i have an interest in. Even if Friends ask me to sertai their clubs, i'll go take a look but if i can't see myself adding to the commitment of the club i stay away.
As for fans. I only add the peminat-peminat that i think are mature enough to talk to me, that i think could become great online Friends and i have similiar common types with. Everyone else adds me and i just add back for the hell of it.
I think it's polite to peminat them back. After all, they took the time to read what anda telah diposkan on the forums/walls and get to know your profile. Only courtesy to return the favour.

Because its a novelty and a way to earn respect on this website.

anda can add a person if anda don't have things in common still anda like his/her jawapan atau way of talking
In turn he/she may add anda to tunjuk that she appreciated your gestures!

Trying to get fans, probably. Every time I've been added sejak a person that I have nothing in common with, I've noticed they have about 1000+ fans...

People seem to find others on here sejak looking at jawapan on a soalan atau through someone's peminat-peminat list.

Well maybe they've seen someone around Fanpop and like them and want to add them, atau they think a Fanpop user is helpful, funny, intelligent, etc.

There's a number of reasons to add someone.

Maybe they want to become friends. I dunno.

I think they want to get lebih peminat-peminat themselves knowing that at least a few of them will add them back.
