It happens to everybody.

The same thought had struck me at a relatively young age (I was 5) and I was always so sad and couldn't talk to anybody about it. This may seem like bad atau impossible advice, and anda don't have to listen to me, but what I say is forget about it. Instead of being sad about death, find things that make anda laugh. Humor always helped me - it's difficult to be sad about death atau every single lonely person on the planet when you're laughing really hard. (But what will also help is going over and talking to the person who looks lonely, if it's reasonable. Perhaps they're not lonely at all; anda never know if anda never ask.)

Sorry if this is sucky advice. xD It's normal to be scared atau saddened sejak death when the realization really hits you, but it's not just you.

Everyone will die, eventually. But it really depends on how anda die; anda could be the lucky ones who die naturally of old age, atau anda might die of an accident. Either way, trying to worry about the inevitable is useless, and it's best to not worry about it and instead live your life.

It's ok, this is completely normal for your age, although I know that won't make anda feel any better. There is absolutely nothing weird about it at all, so don't worry about this point.

I've been there, and it's hard as hell - so I'll tell anda how I dealt with it

1) Firstly, I would recommend talking to someone anda trust about it, like your mum atau dad. I know, it's hard to talk about your feelings - anda probably feel lonely and panicky whenever anda think about it, and embarrassed at the idea of telling anyone. But I promise you, talking about it makes it so much easier to cope with! And it makes anda feel secure and loved, lebih importantly.

2) Another thing anda could do is keep a diary, and write down all of your feelings in it. At least, I've always found that this helps me. It helps to bring logic back into your thoughts, and problems always look smaller on paper!

3) I would also recommend avoiding depressing books, films, etc. Something as small as watching a funny TV tunjuk atau Membaca a cheerful book really can lift your spirits. The buku that really help me through tough times are the Jeeves buku and the Blandings Castle buku sejak P.G. Wodehouse - anda might want to try looking them up.

4) Finally (you'll like this one) - spoil yourself! Indulge in your favourite things. I remember that finding time to relax with good films and books, taking nice, hot baths, eating my favourite foods, etc, all helped to cheer me up. Even simple things like hot Chocolate with marshmallows can make anda feel better.

I hope this helps you, even slightly. Please feel free to talk to me about this whenever anda like - I know exactly how it feels, and I can help you, if anda ever need me. :) xxx

haa I'm 14 too...
But seriously I just felt the same way. Last night I had a dream I died and started haunting my school. And then I woke up and thought of all the things I wanna do before I die. And I'm gonna make sure they happen. Stuff like your dream job, home, family, friends. Just think about that. I know I wanna write TV and Filem and maybe act a little. And I'm not gonna stop until I get there. So just think about that. And what anda wanna do. Not just today atau tomorrow. Think about what you'll do in 10 years.

People die naturally around about 70. You've lived your life for ages, now think about this. Double your life and you're only at 28, and that's pretty young still. When you're 28, double that again and you're at 56. You've got a long way 'til the end.

But when anda get to the point where you're old, anda really don't worry about death. If anda live your life fully and successfully, that's all a human being needs. Nothing more. Then anda can lay on your death katil knowing you've lived your life. That's why anda do well in school so anda don't waste anda life away!

And about your parents, it's the way. Other wise this world would be overly crowed. As The Lion King mentions that it's the "Circle of Life".

Hope that helps anda a bit! :)
