It's ok, this is completely normal for your age, although I know that won't make anda feel any better. There is absolutely nothing weird about it at all, so don't worry about this point. I've been there, and it's hard as hell - so I'll tell anda how I dealt with it 1) Firstly, I would recommend talking to someone anda trust about it, like your mum atau dad. I know, it's hard to talk about your feelings - anda probably feel lonely and panicky whenever anda think about it, and embarrassed at the idea of telling anyone. But I promise you, talking about it makes it so much easier to cope with! And it makes anda feel secure and loved, lebih importantly. 2) Another thing anda could do is keep a diary, and write down all of your feelings in it. At least, I've always found that this helps me. It helps to bring logic back into your thoughts, and problems always look smaller on paper! 3) I would also recommend avoiding depressing books, films, etc. Something as small as watching a funny TV tunjuk atau Membaca a cheerful book really can lift your spirits. The buku that really help me through tough times are the Jeeves buku and the Blandings Castle buku sejak P.G. Wodehouse - anda might want to try looking them up. 4) Finally (you'll like this one) - spoil yourself! Indulge in your favourite things. I remember that finding time to relax with good films and books, taking nice, hot baths, eating my favourite foods, etc, all helped to cheer me up. Even simple things like hot Chocolate with marshmallows can make anda feel better. I hope this helps you, even slightly. Please feel free to talk to me about this whenever anda like - I know exactly how it feels, and I can help you, if anda ever need me. :) xxx
