help!! i dont know what i should do

ok so i have depression and my mom knows that, and i even started to cut. my mom freaked out when she found out but even tho she knows i have cut(she told me to stop). she still doesnt get it. she keep asking if i was worried. she wont listen. i dont cut because im worried. i do it because my hati, tengah-tengah hurts and it makes my hati, tengah-tengah stop hurting if i cut. it has just gotten worse, my hati, tengah-tengah cuts even worse then it ever did. i just want to keep smiling so my Friends dont know that something is wrong but it hurts to smile....what should i do

like who? i dont have anyone and i reallty dont want to talk to my school. i hate my school. can anda tell me where i can talk to someone about it?

Like someone in counseling. My mom was abused as a child and she takes medicine and goes to therpy. There's got to be a way anda can seek help through your guidance con.

i sometimes think my mom doesnt care at all. one times i was upset and started crying and she berkata "yea just sit there and cry. feel sorry for yourself"

The saat step would probably be figuring out a way to handle your depression. Counseling is always the best option, but anda have to consider if your depression is that bad that it requires counseling. Whichever way anda want to treat your depression, anda go for.

thanks but if i try yo talk to my mom i get scared and never do. its just everyone in my family thinks of my as a little girl that is sweet and doesnt know anything dirty atau bad. atau atleast i feel like they do. i feel like i have to act like someone who isnt me.

^That's probably because you're an introverted individual. Introverts act like their true selfs alone, but have a different personality (an extroverted self) when they're talking with other people, even family members. If anda want to fix your depression and get your life back on track, anda have to be strong and tell her the truth, no matter how scared. Human emotions are not meant to be bottled up in someone. If anda can't confess to someone, you'll get no better than anda are now.

your right. i have bottled up alot and its coming back up later and i dont want this to come back 10 times worse like everything else that i have bottled up

^My point exactly. If anda have to, anda can even talk to me about these issues. Believe me, I've had a minor depression period and I've struggled with being the bully and the bullied individual in my life, and nothing feels better than to confess to someone how.

Don't look at the knife. Find the good in your mother. Think 'who will I miss if I'm sad atau feeling devastated?' It might help anda feel wanted and such.
Don't give up and keep pursuing. Do something anda really like to do.

1 and 2 wont work, 3, have talked to my best friend. and i Cinta my mom, i dont hate her atau anything, but she doesnt understand sometimes and it didnt work for anda to cut but it helps me. it will get worse if i dont
