How do anda get a RUDE person off your back?

Help me out? See, I have this COUSIN of mine who keeps asking me for money...

Not large amounts, just like a dollar... But the rude part is, he won't stop asking!

He asks everyone in school, and they give him quarters and what not... All he does with the money is buy junk! He once emptied my mom's dompet, beg tangan over change in a week! Now he's constantly asking ME because I lent him some money ONCE!

Even when we tell him "no" atau say we don't have money, he'll keep asking! He bugs us for money EVERYSINGLE DAY. We tell him to bug his mom, and he does! He just takes everyone's change!

I don't know what to do! Like I berkata he's rude... He'll do RUDE and uncalled for things like scare the bejeezus out of my mom...

If I tell him rudely myself, I'll feel bad and He'll go super-emotional on me! But I just keep lying to him and telling him I don't have money sometimes, and other times give him my money.. he'll keep asking! Help?!
