What is the biggest Fail anda have ever seen,have a video of,or pic of?

No,this one is just a fail i saw yesturday xD havent seen, any fails in my life,except when i went to a gas station,and someone had scratched out the 1 in 21 in an alchoholic bevareges message,so instead it said:

"You must be 2 years old of age to purchase any alchol bevareges here."
