I need help.......

I was on the Taylor pantas, swift fanclub here recently & participated in a contest there. But some other peminat-peminat didn't only post 1 pic they telah diposkan 2,3,4 even lebih pictures in pautan & I want to know how I can add pautan like they did. If anda can help me out I'd really appriciate it. Thanks:)
