please HELP me.....

i just woke up this morning and i found some bugs in my bed!!!!!!!! (it's creepy i know)

this is how they looked

they are little, very very little that anda can hardly see them, white color and they alih slowly (i haven't seen them run atau fly)
they are all over my katil :(


if anda have any idea what could that be please tell me

mites... they accumulate in beds...(what they are referring to, but some people like me are allergic to them & they do bite even if they are too tiny to see-bt anda could SEE these... so IDK)

I have heard katil bugs bite terrible and I have never seen, but I thought they were brown. Maybe some labah-labah hatched eggs! Eeewww...
