In order to get good results fast, its important to speed up your metabolism (the factor which burns fat) To do so, you'll need to eat small meals every two to three hours instead of 3 large meals a day. First of all this is the easiest way to boost metabolism and second, after 3 hours of not eating, your body enters this starvation phase. anda want to avoid this at all cost b/c once anda do get a hold of food, your body will store that as fat in order to prepare for the seterusnya time anda go for periods w/o food. You'll want to do this w/ healthy foods of course, but even if anda break down an unhealthy meal like this, its better than not doing do. Now in order to loose weight, anda need a calorie deficit. Which means eating less than usually. anda want to take away between 200-500 calories from normal. So if anda eat 2000 calories a day, anda want to lower that to between 1500-1700. Also w/ dieting, maintain the balance between proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats. If anda are not eating those 3 factors daily, your diet is unhealthy and is doomed to fail. Now for working out: Cardio, cardio, cardio. I can not stress enough. The ultimate fat burner. Sure, anda can do weights, but be sure to mix up cardio in there. Simply lifting weight will not burn fat. It will build the muscle size and tone underneath the fat. Also, something to note, if anda do a lot of weight lifting anda will gain muscle. What this means is that when anda get on the scale, anda wont see the numbers drop. Weight and fat are alike when it comes to menunjukkan numbers on the scale. This is not necessarily a bad thing if this is what you're aiming for but anda want to loose weight in general, so that is why Im not recommending weight training. aim for lighter weights w/ 12+ reps each exercise and lots of cardio. Make sure your pre workout meals contain healthy, complex carbs, and post workout meals dont have any types of fat in them. Even healthy ones. Lastly, give it time. Your body is understandably not going to just up and give up the weight immediately. anda have to force it to adapt to your new, healthy life style and that will take time. Understand that your body can only drop so much weight in one week. Of course, this varies fro person to person and depends on how effective your workouts are along w/ what exactly you're doing, but dropping over 10 lbs is considered a drastic weight loss, so keep that in mind. And thats the basics. Have any questions, feel free to ask/
